The History

Who are we?

Founded in 2022, Sole Solution started from the ground up in a small storefront with a big vision. What began as a passion project quickly turned into a movement, powered by relentless hustle and a community that believed in us from day one.

As demand grew, so did we - leading to our expansion into Sangertown Mall, where Sole Solution cemented itself as a go-to destination for authentic sneakers and streetwear. And now, we’re taking the next major step.

We’re proud to announce our second location at Destiny USA Mall in Syracuse. From a small shop to two high-traffic mall locations, Sole Solution continues to level up. Bringing the heat, the authenticity, and the culture every step of the way.

POLICY
What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the nature of resale items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible before it ships. A small 2.9% cancellation fee (or the exact processing fee charged by your payment method) will be deducted to help cover non-refundable transaction costs.

Do I need an ID to pickup my order?

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store pickups. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

We do not allow third-party pickups — orders may only be picked up by the original purchaser. No exceptions.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect against fraud and ensure customer security.

SHIPPING
When do you ship orders out?

We take pride in offering the fastest shipping possible! We will have your package shipped out the very next day after you place your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are located. We ship via UPS Ground which usually takes 1-3 business days.

BUYING
Do you buy sneakers from the public?

Yes! We buy and trade sneakers daily in-store. No appointment needed. We will offer you a cash number or even store credit!

How do I sell to you?

The easiest way is coming into our store. However if you are located in another state, DM us on Instagram with your items & a price. We will get back to you ASAP!

Do you accept big collections?

We love big collections! But we prefer a heads up before you bring it all in. Just give our store phone a call or shoot us a DM on Instagram.

How often do you restock?

Daily. New heat comes in every single day. We post all new arrivals on our Instagram story right as we're uploading to the website. Follow us there so you don't miss out on anything!

Are prices negotiable?

Our prices are based on real market value and priced to sell. Reasonable offers are welcome if they make sense. Just feel free to reach out!
